Squats & Buttocks: Proper technique is essential to get the most out of squats and avoid injury. Ask a personal trainer if you are doing the squats properly. You may also need to do some other execises to target the gluteus maximus muscles and a personal trainer can put you on the right track. If all else fails see a plastic surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery to check out buttock augmentation.

Squats: Most importantly don't overdo it. It will take some time to get where you want to be.

Squats are OK but, if you can afford it, see a trainer who will carefully guide you.

A visit to a dietitian would also help.

Make sure you save money to get new clothes as you improve your good looks.

Maybe: You're on the right track. Look at volleyball players. They are running and jumping for hours at a time. Small size is mostly genetic, so you're going to have to accept the basic frame that you have been given; however, you can sculpt what you have. All the exercise in the world won't give you a j-lo rear end if you're not programmed to be shaped that way.

Lump near anus: If it is at the very base of your spine it MAY be a pilonidal cyst.  It MAY be another type of cyst or something else.  You have the courage w/in you to see your doc and get it taken care of.  Then you will  have peace of mind.  Please do so. Peace and good health.

some sort to really burn calories.
Doing squats with tension bands will not burn very much though they are good for both strength and
flexibility.

You probably have: prostate problem, with overflow incontinence.  Get to a urologist for evaluation and proper treatment.
