No- total of 4 weeks: If the NuvaRing is left in for a total of 4 weeks or less the risk of pregnancy is still low. Remove the ring/ insert a new ring after a 7 days ring-free period. If the ring had been left in for &gt; 4 weeks the risk of pregnancy increases, do a pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant.Use a back up birth control like condoms till the new ring has been in place for 7 days in a row. Take care.

Less effective: NuvaRing only has enough hormone in it to reliably protect against pregnancy when used for 3 weeks straight. If you leave it in for 4 weeks (which is not recommended), replace it immediately without a break to ensure continued hormone levels high enough to prevent ovulation and pregnancy. (Your 4th week was your break!)

Yes: A drug interaction exists between these two medications. Propranolol is a non-specific Beta blocker. By this, it blocks the ability of the heart to respond to higher heart rates, irregular heart rate, decreases blood pressure and more.
Dextroamphetamines normally increases heart rate. So Yes there is an interaction.

Uncertain effect : Nuvaring should not be falling out when in the vagina. Ask your doctor to check and verify that you are placing it correctly. It can be out of the vagina for up to three hours. Washing with soap and water is safe. I'm not sure what the effect of washing it with Lysol would be though. That could affect the ability of hormones to be released the safest thing to do is to dispose of it and place anothcheck and verify that you are placing it correctly.
