Urine culture?: You did not say if you had a urine culture done.  Sometimes this kind of pain can be due to an infection that may not show up with routine urine cultures. An example is nongonoccocal urethritis or prostatiis.  Some docs might try a course of antibiotics and see if that helps the symptoms, since cultures can be expensive. Discuss this with your doc or see a urologist.

i have sclerosis of si joint shown on xray & spondyloarthropathy. neck, spine, lower back & hip pain. having mri of pelvis to see if fusion in spine. can sclerosis of neck be missed even though it was shown in si joint? asking for mri of neck too. ty?

Get rheumatologist: There appears to be a widespread arthritic issue here, but I do not see a unifying diagnosis.  Appropriate radiological studies should provide reliable anatomical answers, but do not understand your concern regarding something "missed".  You need to get this entire picture clarified, especially at your age.  (e.g., do you have ankylosing spondylitis, or an inflammatory arthropathy?)

Arthritis?: Subchpndral cysts are often found as an early sign of osteoarthritis. There are many different forms of arthritis. The best next step would be to talk to your doctor to match up symptoms with the CT.

Fibroids or growth: An MRI is a great tool to assess size, location and possible compression effects of fibroids in your uterus. Fibroids are muscle tumors that are benign.  Another indication would be adenomyosis.  This condition, glandular cells that line your uterus, migrate to muscle layer causing bleeding and pain.  Your doctor might be looking for other types of growths or tumors.

Kidney cyst: In a young person with your lab studies i would assume this is either a benign simple cyst or an abscess.  See a urologist for a proper workup.

Pelvic mri: A sacral coccyx scan may not cover the deep pelvic structures.  MRI of the pelvis should be able to do that

No: Chatty:  your bladder does not have to be full for pelvic mri.  This test is used to evaluate almost any abnormality in the pelvis.  It examines all of your pelvic organs including the uterus, ovaries, bladder and sometimes even bowel problems have been diagnosed.  Specifically for women it can help with ovarian tumors, cysts, fibroids, etc. Depending on what your symptoms are.
