NyQuil: There is no THC in the drug.The liquid version of NyQuil Cold/Flu Multi-symptom Relief, available in syrup and LiquiCap form. The recommended adult dose contains:

Acetaminophen (650 mg/30 mL) (pain reliever/fever reducer)
    Dextromethorphan (30 mg/30 mL) (cough suppressant)
    Doxylamine succinate (12.5 mg/30 mL) (antihistamine/hypnotic)

Nyquil: The ingredients in nyquil likely will show on a urine test at 2 pm tomorrow.  The alcohol is minimal.  It may metabolize. The doxylamine will llinger.  If positive, be honest. Explain.

False neg for what?: Most people are not usually concerned about false negative results. The exception being the people who are prescribed a medication and rather than taking it, are selling it on the street.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have to take a hair follicle drug test next week. i found out yesterday i have covid and not even thinking about it took some vicks nyquil cold and flu liquid caps last night to help me sleep through the sickness. will this cause me to fail?

: Many common meds can cause a false positive for Opiates. these include: Dextromethorphan (cough syrup), Diphenhydramine (benadryl), Doxylamine (sleep aids), Tramadol (Ultram- pain reliever), Quietapine (seroquel- antidepressant), Levofloxacin/Ofloxacin (antibiotics). You should notify the testing agency if you have recently taken these meds.

Adderall/Nyquil: True positive for stimulants. Not sure what falso positive for, though!

i took sudafed for a few days for my sinuses. i had a saliva drug test 2 days later for a job interview. i drank nyquil the nite before. i got a call from a doctor saying i tested positive and wasnt from otc meds. is this true?

Positive for what?: What did you test positive for? Was it a screening test or was it followed by a confirmatory test. Screening tests may have false positive result.

can taking a benedryl affect a drug test?

It depends,,: It depends on what you're being tested for and how much benedryl you took.  Apparently it may cause a false positive result for Methadone in some urine drug screens using competitive binding immunoassays, and if too much is taken, it can cause blurry vision, photophobia, heart failure, and death, but a lot has to be taken.  Otherwise, there should not be much of a problem.  Good luck.
