Depends where: There can  be   lot of causes  of arm pain - circulation, soft  tissue, bone, neurological,  tendonitis, bursitis. Referred  pain like that  from a  heart  attack can also do this.  This is not your  heart  but depending where on the arm it is there  can be other  clues to the cause.You need to discuss  with your  phyisician.

If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex.

Ask your doctor: Carbamazepine (mazetol) is a great anti-seizure medication. I see that you have epilepsy. I'm assuming that the medication works well for you.
