Pregnant: A cyst would not make a pregnancy test positive.  It is unclear to me how you know that you are "6wks pregnant".  You will need evaluation with serial beta HCG levels and a repeat ultrasound to look for the location of the pregnancy-as you could be at risk for an abnormal or ectopic pregnancy, but it could be normal-just too early to see on usg.  Get medical attention for bleeding or acute pain.

: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

See your doctor: If you have missed two consecutive periods with a negative preg test and are not on medications that suppress menses, you should see your doctor and see if he or she can induce a menstrual period.

Hard to follow: Your question is a little bit hard to follow. Slight variation from month to month in cycle length is common. One month lasting 5 days and another month lasting 7 is not a cause for concern. Ovarian cysts are common but  If you have multiple cysts rupturing then that should be evaluated by an Obgyn. Birth control could help provide better cycle control

Normal ultrasound: No fluid in pelvis may mean not enough to be seen on u/s or there is none to see. Either way in your case seems like it is normal.

Possibly: If you are still in that much pain you should be evaluated.  Normally a ruptured ovarian cyst pain will have significantly resolved by now.

This is all: correct information, as you have been told. Workout is likely ok, as long as the meds have not caused impaired reactions. Be sure to clear with your doctor to be sure all factors are considered. While the cyst is present the period may be delayed.

Periods: It may be that your cycle is off due to stress, post procedure or other hormonal changes. See how cycle is the next two months and if still off, see your gynecologist.
