Pregnant: A cyst would not make a pregnancy test positive. It is unclear to me how you know that you are "6wks pregnant". You will need evaluation with serial beta HCG levels and a repeat ultrasound to look for the location of the pregnancy-as you could be at risk for an abnormal or ectopic pregnancy, but it could be normal-just too early to see on usg. Get medical attention for bleeding or acute pain.
