i use sanitizer daily at work and wash when i am able to instead of, however, i have been really worried about whether this is bad for baby and if the occasional inhalation of those really strong sanitizers will harm his as well? i am 31 weeks?

Unfortunately most: of the acute use inhalers will have a tachycardia effect on your heart. The key will be to be well controlled so you don't need to use acute inhalers. Consider seeing a Pulmonologist for optimal asthma treatment.
