Ulcer pain: A heating pad is not going to help with ulcer pain. The relief for this kind of pain is avoiding spicy  and greasy foods as well as high acidic foods. Medications like Zantac (ranitidine) and  Prilosec as well as antacids like Mylanta can help to heal and sooth an ulcer. Most important is you see an MD, be sure you have an ulcer and then be treated under the care of the MD. Going it alone is a bad idea.

No: You need to be under the care of a good GI doctor, and be able to see what is going on. You have a lot of issues- and if it is an ulcer- then you need to have the ulcer taken care of. Doubt you have all of those diseases - hope you don't at this age. The pain needs to be diagnosed and fixed.

Ice.: You shoulde use ice, rather than heat. Ice reduces pain and inflammation. You can take an over the counter anti-inflammatory med that should help.

: Your injury sounds like it should be X-ray  You did correct treatment. Ice for 48 hours then contrast bath would be more affective. Using buckets   The popping sounds could be not serious. You need to know if fracture before any healing takes place especially if mal align  I would recommend seeing a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Many teens are still growing, and may not need to lose weight (they get taller).
