Scab on the scalp: you need to be seen by a physician to make sure this is not a fungal infection of the scalp +/- superimposed bacterial infection

hi, i had a small mole removal incision on my nose. three weeks now, the wound has not healed, was filled with pus, still red, no scab and now it has a yellow crusty layer in the skin, applied fucidin cream and flucloxacillin, still red. please help?

: Three weeks is a while however the nose is relatively cartilaginous. If the area of the ulcer is smaller and the area of redness smaller or not expanding, continue the topical treatment and cleaning and keep the ulcer moisturized with the topicals. If the area of redness or the ulcer is getting bigger or if you have fever , seek urgent medical evaluation for probable oral antibiotics.

Insect bites: You are describing the normal healing of a bug bite that gets inflamed and then gradually heals. At this point, if there is any increase in redness, pain or swelling, then additional treatment with antibiotics may be needed. 
Warm compresses on the skin can help.

Unlikely combination: I don't know of any reported interactions between fucidin cream and the common skin lighteners, which usually use hydroquinone as their active ingredient. But I've never run into a situation where both were used at the same time on the same area of skin. Dark spots are not usually infected, and vice versa.

Haven't heard of Fucidin (websites say it is an antibacterial cream; not in the U.S. Perhaps). For babies with bad diaper rashes, we know that not wearing a diaper will help. Zinc oxide creams help, but one must not rub the skin when trying to clean the butt. Anti-yeast creams may be added, etc...

Fucidin Cream: Fucidin cream and ointment are used to treat skin infections caused by staphylococcal bacteria, including those that are resistant to penicillin antibiotics. These may include the following:
impetigo.
Infected hair follicles (folliculitis).
Skin infection around the nails (paronychia).
Infected eczema.
Infected wounds.
You should have already seen improvement. You need a different medication.
