i just got my period four days ago and every time i sneeze or cough my uterus twitches (there is 0 pain). my period has not been as heavy as it usual. what could this be from? could i be pregnant and it's actually just implantation bleeding?

Likely a period, but: Wait. A positive pregnancy test can tell a woman that prior spotting was actually implantation spotting. It is hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have been) or 1 week after starting a "weird" period.

Implantation Bleedin: I think it is real.  In my clinical practice I have seen this occur with many of my patients.

Implantation bleed: Implantation bleeding usually lasts several days at most. If you expected menses is late, i suggest that you have a home pregnancy test.  If you uncertain of the results see a gynecologist.

Threated miscarriage: Not all patient have implantation bleeding. It usually just a small amount of bleeding, nothing heavy . I assume you are pregnant. If you are, please see your obgyn because bleeding during pregnancy its never good.

Conception is 1st: If your estimated date of delivery was determined to be October 1st (plus or minus 7 days) and was confirmed by early pregnancy sonograms, your estimated date of conception/fertilization was probably about Jan. 7th (plus or minus 3 days) and implantation of a fertilized egg/developing  embryo into your uterus may have subsequently occurred about 7 to 10 d. later ( between Jan. 14 and  Jan. 17) .

Implantation: Implantation bleeding is not really as common as the internet would have you believe. When it does happen it's  usually 6-12 days after ovulation.  A pregnancy test 7-10 days after unprotected intercourse  is much more helpful. Implantation bleeding occurs exclusively in pregnant women.

+hCG: If you get a positive hCG is blood or urine (pregnancy test); otherwise you do not know. Some clinicians "define" implantation as when you get a +hCG, though I have some disagreement with this definition. Good wishes.
