Hello. : Hello. Failure rates for tubal ligations can vary a little bit by procedure. It can be 0.2 to 0.4% around year one and 1.8 per 100 procedures at the 10 year mark.  So, your friends are correct.

A fertility center can stimulate your system to make eggs which are removed surgically, fertilized in the lab with dads sperm and then planted in your uterus. The common label for this process is in vetro fertilization. It is expensive, and not always successful but is an option to consider.

Yes: The chance of getting pregnant after a tubal ligation is low but not zero.  According to one study,  the failure (pregnancy) rate can be as high as 5.5% over 10 years.  This means that if 100 women had this procedure 5-6 would get pregnant over the next 10 years.    Of course, the risk of pregnancy depends on the type of procedure done. 

The signs are the same as without a tubal ligation.

U cannot get pregnan: Unless the tubal can be reversed or if it cannot then you will need to under go in vitro fertilization, assuming you still have good quality eggs either way you need to see an infertility specialist  and you also must realize that with a 4th csection you may or may not have a lot of scar tsisue that makes the surgery more difficult and you do have an increased chance of placenta accreta.
