i have achilles tendonitis in my left.today i've noticed 4 hours after a hurdles session it is black and blue on tendon and outside of ankle.

i suspect i have achilles tendonitis. periodically my ankle swells, and i have constant light pain in the achilles. also when i stand on toes it is painful and makes a crackling sound.
after short jog ankle swollen and achilles stiff and painful.

See PCP: Consider wearing Ankle Support or Firm Socks to support ankle during activities and then go see PCP for examination, possible imaging and appropriate treatment. The longer one waits before treatment, the greater the chance for permanent and/ or chronic injury.  See PCP

ankle ligament reconstruction surgery with internal brace 6 months ago. had achilles and peroneal tendonitis at the same time. tendonitis went away, but hurts again. could i have tweaked my ankle? pain free till now. pain in heel at rest.

Same problem : I don’t think you ever got rid of the Achilles tendon or peroneal tendon problem having surgery on your ankle allows your tendons to quiet down and Upon increasing your activity after surgery the problem presented itself again

ankle sprain over a year ago. followed by chronic ankle instability, peroneal tendonitis and achilles tendonitis. have done pt for all conditions. ankle is still unstable when tested by doctor, but no ligament tear. are these injuries related?

As for the chronic ankle problem, I would get a second opinion regarding diagnosis and treatment options from an orthopedic specialist specializing in chronic ankle pathology as a result of prior injury. Such a specialist is found in a university hospital orthopedic department.

Achilles: Achilles tendinitis develops secondary to excessive stress on the connection of the tendon to the calcaneal bone. Processes that decrease range of motion of the ankle would effect the tendon from being stretched appropriately during waling and that can lead to tendinitis more likely.

my ankle's swollen on the inside & outside, it falls asleep, i can barely move it or walk on it, i got told i have achilles tendinitis, it's nothealed?

See a physician: Achilles tendinitis will generally cause pain in the back of the ankle where the achilles tendon is palpable, the ankle falling asleep may represent a nerve problem. Swelling inside and outside is too far from the achilles tendon and may represent a different problem such as inflammation/tendinitis of a different tendon, trauma, arthritis, inflammatory disease, infection and rarely a blood clot.

i have tough time telling if my ankle and feet pain from neuropathy or if it's from flat feet and achillies tendinitis all i know is nothing helping  ?

Foot &amp; ankle pain: It sounds like you have tried many things to be helpful.  Maybe you have already done this, but a foot doctor is the type of doc you need to see to diagnose and offer options.
