Discuss with doctor: It is important to know if you are currently being treated for ovulation problems. Follicular monitoring can be done to assess one’s response to treatment. It is unclear from these isolated measurements if ovulation occurred.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

Can't predict: The 1 cm follicle you see now may not necessarily become the dominant follicle.  There's probably a higher than average chance for it to; but it's not a given.  The timing is usually a retrospective marker (e.g. tracked backwards) in the absence of biochemical confirmation.  So, predictably, ovulation occurs about 14 days before onset of menses.  So, in your case, that would be about Day #21.

i had to get my right ovary removed when i was 13, will my left ovary take over for producing eggs? or will i ovulate every other month?

: You need to speak to a women's health care specialist familiar with appropriate medical practices in Bangladesh.  Ultrasound evaluation of follicular size is not something commonly done in the US except perhaps by fertility specialists.  One ovulation per cycle usually is common, but 2nd follicle may either regress until the next cycle.

Could be a cyst: could be a cyst in your left ovary gut tense or ruptured ,any of these possibility could cause adnexa pain.
see your GYN for ultrasound that could determined the status of your left ovary.

Hmmmm....: I would go with what your doc told you. That 1cm left ovarian follicle can double in size before it ejects an ovum into the fimbria.
