Teen age weight: The best way to loose weight is with control of diet and exercise.  For most teens the fastest way to do this is to cut out sugary beverages from their diet (soda, juice, coffee drinks, gatorade, etc).  From one 12oz sugary drink each day in addition to all the regular foods a person will gain almost 20lbs per year! cut that out and fast weight loss.  Healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs/week.

Possible but: more often related to diet  ( high carbohydrates ) lack of activity and regular  exercises . So change your habits eat healthy diet   less carbohydrates ( rice ) be more active and go to gym regularly , pot belly will disappear

A bruise on your abdomen could be due to a clotting disorder, infection, an insect bite or something more significant such as a pancreatitis or other causes. Very difficult to comment without a proper examination. If it persists you need to get it examined.

Possible: Most skinny people do not have protruding abdomen.  If no history of new symptoms probably not cancer but should be checked by LMD to see if distention due to any ascites, mass  or distended bowel.  If CAT scan and physical negative then no concern about cancer
