That : That is abnormal and concerning.  You must be medically evaluated for your symptoms.  Things to notice and to tell your doctor:  are you having a fever; any pain or blood with urination; when was your last bowel movement and was there blood in it; are you having diarrhea; any vomiting, is your weight changing; and if you are a female when was your last period.  If you develop increased pain, vomiting, or fever then you must be seen as an emergency.

Difficult answer: That is unfortunate.  "stomach"/abdominal pain can be the result of numerous things.  The cause (etiology) is best determined by thorough physician exam and careful history associated with the start of condition.  This may be something very simple or may require more extensive care.  I would encourage you to contact your family physician and/or seek medical assistance.

Stomach pains: There are a lot of causes for stomach pain and most of tthose causes also cause nauseous feelings.  very common in teenage years.  The only thing the lower bowels feel is being stretched.  Most common is gas, then constipation.  Infection can cause swelling (stretch) so can other organs near by (gall bladder pancreas).  Eat lots of fruit and veges watch for worsening, fever, vomit, weight loss.

Doctor can evaluate: Any stomach flu, intestinal problem, or food poisoning type of illness can have symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, bloating, vomiting, tummy pain, tummy cramps, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be more severe or last a whole week, and a doctor's evaluation would be needed, as in this case.

Not Knowing Age: But given that you are a virgin, I will go off the assumption you are a younger female, probably 16-20. Anovulation (meaning not producing an egg) is the most common cause of long cycles and heavy menses. That said, some endocrine problems like thyroid issues and Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) can be the cause of cycles like this. To find out cause, see a doc and have exam and blood tests done

Symptoms: consistent with peptic ulcer disease which responds to antiacids or proton pump inhibitors. Sometimes tequire H pylori treatment if indicated. Avoid NSAIDS and eat regularly
