You may not be drinking enough water.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

If you don't have burning on urination, urinary frequency or urgency and no fever you don't need to worry.  Your urine is probably just concentrated in the morning.

Urine is named for the "urate" salts which it contains. These are byproducts of protein metabolism & discarded into the waste in the urine. The first morning urine tends to be the most concentrated urine. More concentration=more salts=occasionally cloudy. It is normal.

Any burning sensation when you urinate? Cloudy urine can be sogn of bladder infection. Drink lot of water. If no improvement, see doctor for urine check and treatment.

Scrotal pain and tenderness above the testis of acute onset (especially following lifting) is often due to inflammation of the epididymis.  Epididymitis is most often treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory agents.  May also be a varicocele flair-up. See a urologist for diagnosis and treatment if symptoms persist.

Although Florinef (fludrocortisone) has been causative of darkening of urine and increased frequency, the usual change in urine odor is either due to diet, or the odor is actually vaginal. Cloudy urine can occur normally as salts precipitate out when the urine hits the toilet water.

Cloudy urine in the morning, often can be due to concentrated urine from lack of fluid intake during the night.  As long as it goes away as you drink plenty of fluids during the day, relax.  If it does not clear up during the day, you may have an infection, or other problem, and should get checked.  Otherwise, if it keeps up, see if taking those meds in the morning stops it, or stop them to see.

You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. You do not have Leukemia due to absence of bleeding and bruising problems, feeling tired, fever, and Normal CBC.
Cloudy urine in the mornings may be due to excessive exercise, drinking little water, eating too much meat or vegetables and drinking lots of milk at dinner, or vaginal discharge mixing with urine.
