Normal function: Is there is not an eating disorder present this is normal. The stomach and bowels are always working and sometimes are noisy - if this is the only issue then not likely a problem. The workings of the stomach and bowel are automatic and cyclic.

: That wouldn't be a characteristic of any STD that I know.  The gurgling is caused by peristaltic waves travelling down your intestinal tract. As long as you're not experiencing cramps and loose or bloody.or black stools there's no problem with your digestive tract.

Gastritis?: Your symptoms and their improvement with food suggest inflammation in your stomach or possibly a peptic ulcer.  You need to see a doctor.  Meanwhile, see if your symptoms improve with use of an antacid like Maalox or an acid suppressor like OTC Zantac (ranitidine).

Maybe its functional due to brainstem reflexes induced by eating--often exaggerated in ibs resulting in altered perception of gut distension, "growling", ; modified transit of food. Consider tachygastria, or gastric outlet delay reflecting inflammation, scarring, biliary disease, more.

Abdominal : Abdominal pain can be a serious issue . You may be dealing with a simple stomach flu/gastroenteritis. On the other hand thinks like appendicitis, gallstones, pancreatitis, etc. Could be to blame. If your pain is still present seek medical care right away.

Can happen: The process is still ongoing-despite the fact that the diarrhea and vomiting have stopped.  Try to hydrate yourself well with drinking enough water/ gatorade. Don't eat/drink  diary product while you are still having a lot of GI problems.
