: 1. Have your wife see a neurologist, as tremor needs diagnosis.  2. For you, start cognitive-behavioral therapy, but also, consider biofeedback sessions.  Be proactive about your reactions.

Chest pain: Given your age, it is very likely that you could be experiencing an acute episode of anxiety which doctors commonly refer to as a panic attack.   However, there are other causes of acute chest pain that first need to be ruled out such as heart related pain.  Other causes could be acid reflux and muscle/bone pains.  It is best to seek medical treatment as soon as possible for your complaint.

Difficult diagnosis: If it involves numbness, I would recommend getting an EMG test to see if there is a nerve involved.  It could be a focal seizure, and seeing a doctor could help tease that out.  They might order an EEG.  Another possibility is an atypical migraine.  Multiple sclerosis is another possibility.  The shoulder should be looked at as a source of the pain as well.

I would advise you to take a walk for 15-20 minutes once or twice daily. Right now it is nothing serious to worry about. Try to ignore it, relax and take some deep breaths when you have this feeling. it will help you to relax.

how hard is it to give a baby shaking baby syndrome/concussion? i was holding baby with one arm & peppering dinner dishes with my other hand realizing i was shaking my 4 day old newborn in left arm a lot more than intended by hard shaking right arm?

The process: Visualize a frustrated adult who grasps a baby/toddler by the chest or outer arms. They then shake the baby/toddler with the head whipping back &amp; forth (all the way back to all the way forth). This is the  type of force needed to trigger shaken baby syndrome. Random movements without force does not, although it is a good idea not to carry baby in arms if you cannot focus full attention to them
