Varies: Multiple possibilities.  Most common cause of pain around clavicle is arthritis in the Ac or Ac joints.  Other possibilities as well.  Don't hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis and treatment options.

Clavicle pain: Tough to say without an exam and X-ray. Could be arthritis from either end of the clavicle, nerve irritation , thoracic outlet syndrome or some vascular anomaly. If the symptoms have been present more 4 weeks or more get it checked out ASAP. Good luck

See a physician: This could represent swollen lymph nodes, or benign lipomas, or could even be just your body morphology (just the way you were born).  See a physician to get it looked at for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

the right side of my neck was sore. so i went to rub it and found a lump on the side of my neck on the bottom right before collar bone. it is painful.

Lymph node: It seems you have an inflamed lymph node. See your PCP to check the primary focus of infection or other cause.

Lump: LUmp.  I would expect a lump like that to be painful if it is a muscle problem. Given you just noticed the lump and it is persistent. I would have your provider take a look at it.

Arm pain: That's unfortunately too vague and diffuse a collection of symptoms to comment on. While it may be related to overactivity, it would make sense to get checked out.

Many things: This pain could be caused by many things.  If it hurts worse when you breathe in deep, it could be pleurisy, or an inflammation of the lining of the lungs, or it could be "referred" pain from a problem in your abdomen like gall bladder disease, or it could even be a problem with your heart (even though it is right sided).  Best to get it checked out by a doctor.

Go get it checked ou: You need to check it out with your general practioner or your gyne doc.  This needs to be looked at, felt, and examined and possible additional testing needs to be done.  This could be a lymph node, inflammatoin, or it could be cancer (not to scare you).  Please go get this looked at asap.
