Facial twitch: I believe these twitches are similar to the twitches people get in their eyelids.  Usually it goes away within 6 weeks or so.  There are other causes such as caffeine, stress, alcohol, electrolyte imbalances and excessive fatigue.  Feel better.

Probably nothing: Twitching of the small muscles of the face is common, but rarely pathologic.  This finding is most commonly associated with fatigue, overuse or other forms of stress.  I would not be surprised if you are working long hours on something and not getting enough sleep.  You can use B complex vitamins which some believe help with this symptom, but I suggest plenty of sleep and relaxation- be well!

Get checked: The two most common reasons for lower lip twitching are impingement of the facial nerve or stage 2 Lyme disease.  Get checked and treated.  I suggest seeing a neurologist.

Lip twitching: Depends on cause. Show to your Dx, give detailed history of the problem. They may order tests but most likely just wait it out.  If not better in 1 more week go see them.

It is likely nothing: Other reasons to have your bottom lip twitching are if  you have been sleep deprived.  Also, if you are in the beginning of a viral infection (i.e. a cold virus) that can cause the above symptoms but should resolve after the virus is out of the system.  If, however, the lip twitching gets worse, or other symptoms develop (numbness/weakness),  you should seek a consultation by a neurologist.

No clue: depends on what you mean by "a couple."  If truly 2 standard drinks, there is no reason.  If it's actually more, insomnia can occur in those who are drinking to help themselves sleep (rebound insomnia), and twitching lip can be part of the tremor that occurs in heavier drinkers when they stop.  Again, if secondary to literally a "couple" of drinks, I have no idea, and you should see your doctor.

Most peripheral neuropathy is not due to autoimmune disease but metabolic conditions (b12, thyroid, diabetes, alcoholism) that makes nerves sick and the longest nerves (fingers toes) are the ones most hit. Autoimmune disease could hit nerves anywhere or give dental conditions with odd sensations.

Neurologist: The 2 symptoms may not be interrelated. Twitching of the lip is usually due to an irritable superficial nerve. An eyelid seems more often affected.
