Probably nothing: Twitching of the small muscles of the face is common, but rarely pathologic. This finding is most commonly associated with fatigue, overuse or other forms of stress. I would not be surprised if you are working long hours on something and not getting enough sleep. You can use B complex vitamins which some believe help with this symptom, but I suggest plenty of sleep and relaxation- be well!

A Ticklish Issue: Aside from some very rare, weird neurologic problems (and I mean *rare*),these little ticks(usually called "myoclonus")are usually due to some form of stress or tension, like lack of sleep or stress at work, over-work, or family problems.Stuff like that.It usually goes away if the stressors are taken care of (e.g. you get enough sleep over time). I wouldn't think about any medications just yet.
