Perhaps: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, Most peripheral neuropathy is not due to autoimmune disease but metabolic conditions (b12, thyroid, diabetes, alcoholism) that makes nerves sick and the longest nerves (fingers toes) are the ones most hit. Autoimmune disease could hit nerves anywhere or give dental conditions with odd sensations.
