is morning sickness a good sign? i have endometriosis and the last time i was pregnant the baby didn't make it into the sack.

Morning : Morning sickness is usually caused  the hormone progesterone, which is considered the hormone of pregnancy, and also can be caused by another hormore beta hcg, which is produced by the fetus. The fact that you have morning sickness can certainly be attributed to all these hormones, which is a good sign. 
Your doctor will be able to do an ultrasound in the early stages of your pregnancy in order to assure the baby is in the right location, and also make sure the fetus is viable (has a heart beat) try to relax, and hope for the best. Good luck.

Anovulation: It sounds as if you're having anovulatory cycles. These are cycle where the ovary fails to release an egg.  This alters hormonal levels and therefore disrupts the cycle. Discuss this with your doctor.

i had laparoscopy surgery yesterday morning  for endometriosis.  today when i woke up i have blurry vision.  would the medicine they gave for the anas?

Call surgeon!: It is possible that some medications can cause blurry vision but this is not certain. We don't know what types of meds or anesthesia you received.  Please call your surgeon now and tell him/her what is going on and you will get the best and soundest recommendations.

Post-op bleeding ?'s: After any hysterectomy, unless done with sparing of the cervix , bleeding can occur at the repaired vaginal cuff (suture repair line after closure of the upper vagina). Clitoral masturbation at "two weeks" post-op may simply cause bleeding already present vaginally. W/o ovarian removal, endometriosis pain will continue.

If your endometriosi: Is bad enough then u may need  after other measures like meds and less invasive surgery has been tried, hopefully if u have to have the hyesterec then your endometriosis will be gone or markedly lessened so u can enjoy life , bad endomtriosis is not compatible with enjoying life.

can clomaphene cause problems when i have endometriosis ? did clomaphene work or make endometriosis worse?

Talk to your doctor: Clomiphene alters hormonal balances in the body, especially of estrogen.  This is how it works as an infertility drug.  Endometriosis can be worsened by the presence of high levels of estrogens.  Clomiphene use is relatively contraindicated in women with endometriosis.  But again, you should talk to your doctor since only they know why you may still need to take the drug despite your condition.

removed nuvaring for break week after skipping for 3month. endometriosis like symptoms returned within 24hrs. normal or getting worse? what can i do?

Your period?: Many women experience pain from endometriosis just prior to their period. 

When you remove the Nuvring for your break week, your body begins to prepare to have a period.   It doesn't mean your endometriosis is worse, just that it is changing with your hormones as it would each month if you were not skipping the break week.  

You can take Ibuprofen and shorten the break week to 4 days.
