Enough fiber,fluids: Colon works to pull water out of stool; what's left depends on fiber content, fluid content.  Hard pellets: inadequate in both; watery: imbalance of fluid/solid due to a bunch of things (secretion, inflammation, inadequate fiber, irritable bowel, infection). Rope-like shape is because the colon is a long cylinder. Liquid stool on right, progressively more formed as it moves through.

That's mucus: A little extra mucus production is to be expected after a big procedure like that.

Blood in stool: Blood in a bowel movement is abnormal and in your age group a minor condition like anal fissure or hemorrhoid is a usual cause. Since you are not bleeding profusely and don't have abnormal bowel symptoms otherwise there is no urgency in being examined but you could discuss this with your physician or Gynecologist who will advise you.

my stool is always thick heavy pasty but soft but it's still hard to pass. what can i do to get my stool to become more light and loose?

Roughage: Eat foods high in fiber, more greens, oats, bran etc.
Also metamucil is a great source of roughage. It contains psyllium, which should solve the problem.

Multiple reasons: Interfere diet has changed where you are not taking in adequate fiber will have soft and mushy stool.  Also if there is a reason to have increased water in urine or stool from gastrointestinal disorder like malabsorption this could be the reason.  Any reason that you might have developed diabetes?  Has your fluid intake increased dramatically?

every 2/3 weeks i have thick mucous in and around my stool. it's sticky, quite thick, and has the consistency of rubber cement. what is it?

Human Glue Factory: Mucus in the stool is a normal lubricant for passage and ejection but grossly visible amounts indicate some form of irritation or inflammation, unless this is just a normal variance for you. The serious causes are usually accompanied by some pain or cramps and maybe some blood. The consistency of the mucus has a lot to do with hydration. Do you take enough fluids?? See someone about this problem.

Worth getting checkd: Passing blood and mucus in your stools could be a sign of either infection or inflammatory bowel disease.  You should see a doctor, especially if you are having any fever or abdominal pain.

Would recommend: You see your doctor for a simple urinalysis for starters.  Diagnosing via the internet is not reliable.  However, your symptoms can have a few reasons behind them and a urinalysis is the place to start.
