Paresthesia: Paresthesia is a condition that arises when the peripheral nerves get pressed. Initially, it gives a pricking sensation under the skin and later on, leads to recurrent burning sensation. Sciatica is a nerve problem which occurs when the sciatic nerve is pressed by a slipped disc in the lower back. See a neurologist.

Go to the doctor: you can start by taking tums (calcium carbonate) or an over the counter antacid and see if it helps. if you drink alcohol, stop as this worsens gastritis. Avoid aspirin and acids. Go to a doctor and check it out- preferably a gastroenterologist.

Puzzlying: If two gastroenterologists cannot figure it out you could consult a third. What other symptoms do you have? In the meantime you could try coating your esophagus by taking liquid antacids like gelusil or even carafate (sucralfate) three or four times a day which may sooth the linings of the esophagus and stomach.

yes. and see md: Yes, can get ulcer from band, or it can slip. Can also get usual type of ulcer. Incontinence is not likely to be related. Need to see md.

Eat fewer calories: Our bodies are in a simple state of balance. If we eat more calories than we use, we gain weight. If we eat fewer calories than we use, we lose weight. So, people who have to lose weight must eat less than they use on most days, but occasionally may eat more than they use on other days...  Thus, it averages out over time, so that they are eating FEWER calories overall, than they use up each day.

when im doing my workout i feel like burning in my stomach is that the fats being burned?

No: No, the burning pain you fell while exercise is not fat being burned.  It is generally felt that the pain during exercise occurs when lactic acid is produced in the muscles.  Muscles will switch to anaerobic metabolism at some point during hard exercise and this generates lactic acid which can cause the pain you are describing.  Exercise can lead to loss in fat, but that loss is not painful.

Heartburn vs ulcer: Think of burning stomach pain along a scale w/ulcers at one end and heartburn or simple gastritis at the other. These symptoms can be caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease (gerd) or loosening of lower esophageal sphincter, allowing stomach acid into esophagus. Medications can lower acid level. Losing weight can decrease abdominal pressure. Remaining upright or elevated head of bed can help.
