TMJ/TMD: The most common musculoskeletal disorder causing orofacial pain is a temporomandibular disorder (tmd). Tmd should be viewed as a group of related conditions that can be divided into disorders related to the muscles of mastication (muscular) and those emanating from the tmj. Earache is a common symptom due to the close location to tmj. Rec.: orofacial pain practitioner for diagnosis and treatment.

TMJ: If you are having TMJ issues, talk to your dentist. Most TMJ pain is caused by bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), or a bad bite, and if often related to stress.
Your dentist can make a diagnosis and recommend treatment.

Light headed: Any medical illness  makes a person uncomfortable and worried. Light headedness can happen especially if you are anxious or dehydrated due to lack of fluid and electrolyte intake from severe throat pain!

Unlikely: Gerd causes heart burns, persistent sore throat, hoarseness but lightheadedness is unlikely! it is most likely related to your anxiety condition.

No.: I suppose there could be rare cases of severe familial  hypertriglyceridemia with triglyceride values in the 3000+ range where one might develop some symptom like that, but in general the answer is no.  Cholesterol levels are not related to anything we can sense.

However, high levels of LDL cholesterol over many years can lead to vascular disease that can indirectly cause lightheadedness..

See your dentist: See your dentist for an examination and evaluation of tmj/tmd. Most TMJ pain results from chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching, and also from malocclusion (a bad bite).
Tmd can cause headache, migraine, and head and neck pain.
Your dentist can determine the cause of the pain and an appropriate treatment.

Light Headed: One of the most common causes of light-headedness is dehydration.  Increase your clear fluid intake, ie-water, juice, gatorade or kool-aid, and see if your symptoms resolve.  If not, see your primary care physician.
