NSAID: I see you take Advil - does it help? Your symptoms are consistent with costochondritis, a form of arthritis which is best treated with a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug like Advil. Naproxen, which is much longer acting is an alternative .Be sure you're using an adequate dose: 400-800 mg of Advil very 4-6 hours or Aleve (naproxen) 2 tabs with food every 8-12 hours. Physical therapy can also help.

Side effects: Yes, most of them may be side effects, but if tolerable OK to complete your treatment. If getting too sick call your prescriber, so that they can decide based on initial indication if you'll need a different antibiotic versus just stopping Cipro (ciprofloxacin).

Lupus still likely: I am sorry that you have these troublesome signs and symptoms of lupus with likely sjogren's. There is a saying among pathologists that a three-legged dog is still a dog, and that a wise physician focuses on the patient rather than the numbers. The sed rate is the easiest of all lab tests to do wrong, and i've never set much by CRP for anything. Hoping you & your rheumatologist find what works bst.

Possible shingles: Based on little info, i would be concerned about shingles. You would get painful patches of red blisters generally on just one side of your body. I'd suggest going to see your doctor soon.

Noncardiac : Follow up with a lung specialist pulmonologist -- you may need chest ct.

: You should be examined by your physician or preferably by a pulmonologist to determine the cause of your hemoptysis and chest distress.  A gastroenterologist will have to advise you about the liver mass.

Cannot diagnose: But this sounds as if you should be seen by a doctor, examined and diagnosed and managed based upon what may be going on.  This could be an acute viral illness, a tick-borne disease, or one of a dozen other diagnoses.  You should be seen sooner than later.  Good luck and hope this clears up quickly.

Aspiration: Even small quantities of fluid or food can cause the airway to become inflamed, infected or reactive. If you are still symptomatic I would suggest a Pulmonary evaluation, including PFTs and a Chest radiograph.  Weight loss may or may not be related. 
Other possible causes that can contribute include allergies and reflux. A virtual consultation is available and may be useful to you and your M.D.

: Clearly with "red/black bruise", blood vessels have been damaged, so some clots are present or the bruising would continue to spread.  Accumulated blood in a confined space can cause a cooling effect. See your physician.

No association: Shortness of breath, fatigue and chest pain can be symptoms of heart disease or pulmonary disease (many forms), but the itchy bumps don't fit and likely unrelated.
