Not enough info?: Age, weight, and sexual practices are all important factors.  If post menopause if could be lichen sclerosus, cancer, phimosis or other. If obese, shaving, or using a vibrator chronic irritation would be the source.  There are also a variety of dermatologic conditions but they would typically demonstrate some skin changes.

GYN: May be fungal irritation and/or aggressive sexual manipulation. See your GYN and OK to use a pea sized drop of antifungal vaginal crean like onistat or GYN- lotrimin (Clotrimazole)- avoid thong undergarment and abstain sexually for 5 days.

Wrong Rx,wrong place: Vagisil is not designed to treat clitoral cuts, but when spread over the perineum can irritate with itching in the area due to any bacterial content. This might be a good time to see a GYN MD at the right place for the right Rx for your problem.

: Probably the two of you are sharing a yeast infection (thrush), which is easily treated. Look in the pharmacy for any of several products with active ingredient ending in "azole" (clotrimazole, miconazole, etc). If you choose a cream product, your male partner can share small amounts of it on his penis. See a doctor for diagnosis and further treatment if this doesn't take care of it.

Yeast? UTI? STD?: This sounds like a yeast infection. However, the &quot;can&#x27;t hold urine&quot; symptom could be from a bacterial urinary tract infection. Depending on sexual risks, an  STD like chlamydia or gonorrhea is possible. Whatever the cause, it should be easy to diagnose and treat. See a doctor. It&#x27;s probably nothing dangerous, but you still should be examined in the next couple of days. Good luck!
