Unusual: This is an unusual symptom secondary to alcohol intake.   With what I know I would suspect it could be a sensitivity to alcohol which manifests itself by a disturbance in  an energy field called yang oe in chinese medicine.  Of course this is only a guess and more history and possibly an exam would help.   Obviously,  best to avoid alcohol or peg, whatever that is.

Hard to say: but the fact that you have kept drinking despite the fact that your back hurts when you drink tells me that I should be concerned that you may have an alcohol problem. It could be inflammation of your pancreas, stomach, duodenum or a problem with your gallbladder. I strongly suggest STOPPING drinking until you get a diagnosis, and see your doctor for a full evaluation.

You : You may be dealing with something as simple as dehydration and/or vitamin deficiency, most likely potassium. I recommend you stay hydrated(with water or gatorade), especially before drinking alcohol. Also try taking a daily multivitamin. 
When the ache occurs try eating a banana or drink some coconut water, both are high in potassium, and may help alleviate your symptoms.
You may also consider scheduling your annual history and physical with your doctor,  in order to assure you are not suffering from any underlying illnesses.

Blood vessel dilated: alcohol both directly and via a metabolite causes blood vessels to dilate, particularly in skin but also in the brain. The metabolite that does this, acetaldehyde, is poorly metabolized by some people, who tend to get both skin flushing and headaches, and even dizziness and fainting from low blood pressure. This is more common in Asians and Native Americans, but can occur in others. Stop drinking.

Are you sure?: There is no physiologic explanation for ovarian pain related to consumption of alcohol.  My best guess is that this related to some other source of pain (such as your bowels) that is confused with pain from your ovaries.

How much are you: Drinking?  Diffuse muscle and bone aches can be seen with severe hangover after very heavy drinking.  Alcohol can cause muscle inflammation (myositis) which can feel like bone pain. Alcohol can reduce vitamin d and calcium absorption and cause an increase in bone fractures with injury.  You need to consider reducing alcohol intake and seeing your doctor for an evaluation.

And yet you keep: drinking?  Hmmmm, wonder what that means.  Alcohol burns any mucosal surface you put it on - if you have ever put rubbing alcohol on a cut and it burns like crazy, that is what ethyl alcohol is also potentially doing to your stomach - causes esophagitis, gastritis and duodenitis and can worsen ulcers as well.  It also can inflame the liver and pancreas. STOP DRINKING and see your doctor for eval.

Alcohol Allergy: It sure sounds like you are one of the humans that are allergic to alcohol. I would advise that you avoid this.
