Back of R ear hurts: If it is the ear itself that hurts, you could have a mild skin infection in the area. Inflammation of the cartilage is also a possibility, although your ear would hurt even without touching it. Do you feel a bump in the area? Try an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen for pain relief until you can see your doctor.

Should see a doctor: Redness, pain, or swelling the the region above and behind the ear can possibly represent an infection which can be serious if it is allowed to spread.  Would be seen by a doctor ASAP to have it checked.  If you develop fever or ear swelling in the meantime I would visit the ER.  Good luck!

Ear pain: You are not moving your jaw as much due to the pain.  Holding it open or leaving it open can inflame the joint i'm front of the ear where the jaw bone.Moves. You could also just have an ear ache and the tongue ulcer simultaneously. Your family doctor will be able to sort this out nicely. If it does not get better in the next few days. See someone.

Ear : Ear pain can be caused by a variety of things. Most commonly would be an ear infection. Other causes include cerumen impaction (wax build up), allergies, foreign body in ear, trauma to the ear drum (usually after a loud concert), sinus problems, etc.
I suggest a visit with your primary care provider for an evaluation and treatment.

m, 16, unvaccinated, covid positive. no more fever for 2 days now but i have sore throat. i'm taking 9 medicines prescribed by the doctor. now my right ear hurt when i swallow. what could be causing this?

: Be sure to do the simple things like gargle with warm salt water, avoid cold foods and drinks, Drink Hot tea, coffee, cocoa  and Chicken Soup or the like. For Aches and pain, do OTC's like Aleve/Panadol/Tylenol... Vitamin C &amp; E help also. See PCP to make sure none of the 9 medicines  are causing side effects.

Refered pain?: Clenching or bruxism can give a symptom of ear pain because the joint is close to the ear. I would recomend check this out with a dentist and rule out a problem .Treat the symptom until the pain goes away...

Separate issues: The armpit issue is likely an infected gland or lymph note, A warm compress may help in the short term but an exam &amp; meds are likely needed for cure. The ear issue is separate &amp; can be assessed when you are seen.

Question unclear but: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). One's doctor or the ER can examine the throat, ears, lungs, etc...
