Usually Not: A D&C should not have any effect on your hormones. Although most people aware of racing or skipping of their heart turn out to have no serious abnormality and often require no treatment (especially if there is no other known heart disease or symptoms such as lightheadedness, chest pain or shortness of breath), if you are aware of fluttering of your heart, it would be worthwhile having a checkup.

PACs or PVCs: Premature atrial or ventricular contractions. Usually benign and may be ignored. Anxiety and caffein can be causes. If frequent and symptomatic, should see a cardiologist.

PVCs and arrythmia : It seems that you have been having pvcs - pre mature ventricular contractions. And a possible arrythmia most likely supra ventricular tachycardia.

Probable arrhythmia: You may have atrial flutter or fibrillation. Please consult your doctor to discuss the need for a holter monitor to study your heart rhythm over a day or so.

Palpitation: If you are young healthy and Physically active person; this is benign (most likely.)
 THis  sudden and Transient racing  of heart beat; feels like "fluttering". High amount of caffeine can trigger this kind of symptoms. If happens repeatedly please bring to your doctors attention

Palpitations: You're having an unusual awareness of your heartbeat. The medical term for that is palpitations. Cardiologists, and in particular electrophysiologists deal with these problems all the time. The first step is an ekg, and then a wearable monitor to see what specific rhythm problem may be to blame. Get evaluated: Get evaluated as it sounds like an arrythmia ... Possible atrial fibrillation if pulse irregular.  Don't delay.
