Possibly reflux: You may be experiencing signs and symptoms of reflux esophagitis. This is when gastric acid and stomach contents are being pushed up into the esophagus. This can cause damage to the esophagus causing significant pain. Try over-the-counter acid suppressants like Prilosec otc to see if it improves. If no improvement, go see your doctor. You will need to have an endoscopy.

Irritation: If your pain is related to food intake then your chest pain most likely related to a gastrointestinal cause like ulceration or irritation of the food pipe or stomach, you should get it check out since this can lead to bleeding ulcers. See your primary care or a GI doctor.

Atypical symptoms: These symptoms are not typical of cardiac problems, but since they occur with exertion, for peace of mind, have a cardiopulmonary evaluation by your physician or a cardiologist. I'm unclear as to how  the eating of sweets triggers those symptoms.

i had heartburn for 4 days now i have stocham pain chest pain and some time my right arm hurts  i take tums and acid controller i am 22  some foods i eat that i don't know is bad for heartburn is paenut butter and  yoplait light yogrut its the frist time

As : As your pain has been that persistent you should get evaluated medically, especially as your pain did not improve with medications.  Do not take any medications like advil, (ibuprofen) smoke, or use alcohol as they can irritate your stomach.  But as your pain has lasted this long you need to be seen.  If you have severe pain, vomiting, or fever then you must be seen as an emergency.

Chest: May be muscular but sometimes it's asthma. If you feel its hard to breathe may be more asthma. Be sure you warm up before you exercise !!
