Various reasons: Could be a spasm of the esophagus from the cold. Other reasons could be components of the soda irritating the esophagus or stomach lining, or stimulating acid production- resulting in stomach or esophageal irritation from the stomach acid.

Side effect of med: Tegretol is associated with both dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and esophageal and gastric dysmotility. This can cause food and drink to stay in the esophagus for longer than normal and increase pressure in the esophagus which you would feel in your chest. Whether you are taking Tegretol for seizures or bipolar symptoms you should talk to your doctor about changing or stopping this medication

: The fizz in a diet or any soda is from (CO2) &amp; carbonic acid which releases gas. It will continue to release gas adding to the air bubble normally seen in the stomach.  Burping afterwards releases some of the stomach bubble/pressure. The stomach entrance is just behind &amp; to the left of your heart &amp; the action/acid likely irritates that location. The lay term is heartburn.

why does my chest hurt after drinking alochol, and it's sometimes hard to breath?

Reflux: You are likely suffering from significant acid reflux--alcohol will really make this worse.  I see you are on advil/pepto-bismol.  These two medications can irritate your stomach and should be discontinued if possible.  Taking an omeprazole over the counter daily will be helpful to treat this.  Avoid spicy foods and alcohol which can exacerbate your symptoms.

all the times when i drink a cup of alcohol beverage , caffeine beverage or soda caffeine beverage i have difficulties to breath,chest pain and the anxiety levels increase.  why this is happening?

C/p SOB s/p caffeine: You may have reflux as all the beverages you mentioned can increase reflux and cause gastritis .Would also check for H pylori a bacteria in the stomach that can exacerbate gastritis. Would avoid these products . Consider trying famotidine over the counter to help with  reflux.  Caffeine can increase anxiety. Rarely  other- cardiac -MVP (mitral)F/u/w/ MD

Sometimes: Gas will always pain when too much causes distention. In wwii, it was a method of torture to prisoners, inflating bowel.  Burping relieves the pressure and uncomfortable sensations.

Esophageal spasm?: When the esophagus encounters something unvomfortable, it may spasm, causing a painful sensation.  This is not the answer, it is a possible answer.

Possibly reflux: You may be experiencing signs and symptoms of reflux esophagitis. This is when gastric acid and stomach contents are being pushed up into the esophagus. This can cause damage to the esophagus causing significant pain. Try over-the-counter acid suppressants like Prilosec otc to see if it improves. If no improvement, go see your doctor. You will need to have an endoscopy.

Irritation: If your pain is related to food intake then your chest pain most likely related to a gastrointestinal cause like ulceration or irritation of the food pipe or stomach, you should get it check out since this can lead to bleeding ulcers. See your primary care or a GI doctor.

only happened twice now but when i drink liquor within 10 mins my body starts to ache like my bones hurt n lil bit of chest pain ?

Hard to be sure: I advise a medical exam,  particularly if you are being prescribed any medications or taking supplements.  Also, if your liver was inflamed for any reason it might explain these symptoms.

If it happens sporadically when you drink alcohol there are more possibilities.  If it has happened every time you drink alcohol I would wonder about a genetic factor involved in how you metabolize alcohol.
