Bppv: migraine sufferer is at higher risk for BPPV which causes positional vertigo (due to a dislodged stone in your ear). it is fixed by an Epley maneuver. alternatively you could be having a vestibular migraine where vertigo is part of it and is not going to be improved by an Epley. you need to talk to a neurologist to adress all this and consider prophylactic medication if your headaches are frequent

Tachycardia: Any excitement, including orgasm, will accelerate the heart rate but not 12 hours later. If your pulse taking is accurate an episode of 150 beats per minute is a significant tachyarrythmia. Get evaluation by a cardiologist if frequent palpitations &amp; very rapid heart rates occur. Family historyHeart exam,EKG, outpatient heart monitoring and possible treadmill stress testing are the usual screening

Check blood pressure: the first thing to do is have your blood pressure checked. If normal and the feeling persists discuss with your doctor what other conditions might be causing it. Sometimes abnormalities of the blood vessels could cause symptoms like yours.

Seek out medical attention immediately if you have chest pain, vision changes, dizziness, weakness, or severe headache.

Throbbing is c/w: vascular, i.e. migraine mechanism of headache. If carefully applied compression of the lower portion of carotid artery (decreasing blood pressure to the meningeal arteries on the left side), this would confirm the mechanism of the pain. Holding it for about a minute may also help stop stop pain, especially if done before painful very long, eg. 15-20 min.

Tinnitus: Ringing or buzzing in the ears is called tinnitus.  It can have several causes.  Have you been exposed to loud noise?  Are you wearing earbuds?  Are you taking a lot of ibuprofen, aspirin or naprosyn (naproxen)?  If you are doing either of those things stop.  Get checked by a doc to sort out what is going on. There are other causes, too.  Avoid loud noises without ear protection for a good long while.

Atenolol: Sometimes when the heart rate slows from beta blocker therapy the stroke volume increases and people feel the pulsations. This is not a common occurence however.

: Head bobbing secondary to aortic insufficiency has been termed de Musset's sign but would be skeptical that at the age of 25 yrs, this would be a likely diagnosis.  More statistically possible would be heredofamilial essential tremor.  See your doctor and discuss if it is reasonable to see a cardiologist or neurologist.
