Many causes.: Most common is some type of gastroenteritis, caused by food, bacteria, virus. Try light liquid diet and some antacids for few days, if persiste then you need to be seen. Giving us more history and symptoms may be beneficial.

Bland, BRAT: A bland diet (no added spice, acidic foods, sugary, or salty).  Some good foods are in the brat diet - bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (unbuttered).  Also, plenty of fluids. This will make sure you stay hydrated and get proper nutrients and calories.

Old fashion Rx: A few decades ago we routinely advised patients to sip a little flat cola over ice chips to settle a stomach. Now they have an otc product "emetrol" that is based on the same idea. It works for some. The idea is to take small volumes frequently until the stomach stops the spasms.

This could be simple indigestion or specific food intolerance, but possibilities also include peptic ulcer,gastritis,gall bladder disease,hiatal hernia,pregnancy, medications,etc. If symptoms persist despite a careful diet, see your physician for evaluation.

I'd wait another day: The problem with recovery is you often have cravings for stuff your system may not be ready for. Any fatty food, cheese, salsa, fried food, require increased digestive work & may trigger renewed sx. Steamed rice, noodles, macaroni without sauces, spaghetti, simple breads are all well tolerated during recovery from a GI disturbance.

Clear liquids: This depends in part on what is the cause of the upset stomach.  Breads tend to be a little harsh and may increase acidity.  You will be safer with clear liquids, juices, jello, ginger ale and some find relief with pudding and ice cream.  Most stomach upsets are short term but if you have a consistent problem you should see your GI doctor.
