Soft Stools & Fruit: Yes, of course.  Fruit, especially in abundance is well known to cause a softening of the stool.

can eating alot of fruits & vegetables in one day & no other food (approx. 4cup fruit, 4cup vegetables) cause diarrhea that evening? or mild cramping?

YES: This is a LOT of "roughage" (=increased stool formation PLUS some vegetables (eg: celery/tomatoes ) contain a natural laxative!

can sulcrafare (carafate) cause green stool? i was prescribed this medication for gastritis, and my stool color has been green. no diarrhea as the stool is hard but it is dark green. i have not been eating things like vegetables to make it such color?

Uncertain: Green stool often occurs when there is rapid transit of feces through the intenstines - however, in that situation the feces is usually softer.  You described hard stool. I looked on line and saw a few individuals reporting dark green stool with carafate - however, I didn't see it mentioned elsewhere.

: Very less likely if you use it for cooking.
Heat will kill all bacteria and inactivate the toxin if present.
However, you may have diarrhea because of its ingredients due to intolerance rather than bacteria or toxin.

Depends: Vegetable fibre is definitely a normal part of stool. Yeast like cells could also be seen in normal stool, but if there are an excessive number, they may represent part of your problem.

Abdominal pain: Could be food intolerences, , biliary dyskinesia,  gallbladder, or a form of inflammatory disease and if all negative  irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea.i always check h pylori as well.   Would follow up with gastroenterologist and consider colonoscopy/ if have not had one. sonogram/HIDA if needed and posible small bowel follow through.

No: black or dark brown? Black stools, whether solid or loose, can be sign of blood in the stool.   You might want to have this checked especially if you have any belly pain, fever, weight loss.
