You : You might need further testing of your heart. A test where they evaluate your heart while you are doing exercise may be helpful. A second  test where your heart is monitored for 24 hours. This entails you wearing a special monitor called a holter monitor.
Yoyushould also have basic blood tests and possibly a ct scan of your chest if not done previously.
Lastly, do these symptoms occur when you are under a lot os stress or anxiety? If so you may need a mental health evaluation for a possible anxiety disorder.

Stop the doxy: If you think it is the doxy, then stopping it for a week or 10 days makes sense (and if everything clears consider trying it a second time just to be sure). Doxycycline can cause esophagus and stomach irritation (the chest tightness and stomach pain) and worry about what is wrong, the fatigue.

on amoxicillin 4days im supposed to finish for 10 days a different doctor put me on doxycycline and told me to stop the amoxicillin i'm so confused. is it normal to stop one and start another? on for tight lung pain and short of breath.
