No: Hoarseness and throat irritation are very common side effects of advair use. The discus is more notorious for this adverse effect than the metered dose inhaler.

Smooth sounds: Whether you're 27 or 40, speaking out loud can make you self-conscious.  If you are giving a prepared speech, practice reading it out loud slowly and deliberately stretching out the words.  Speak slowly and firmly and invoke your best James Earl Jones.  Best wishes.

Go see an ENT: I would want to take a look at your vocal cords with a special camera called a flexible laryngoscope and something called a stroboscope, which shows the vocal cords in real time. you may have puberphonia, a condition in which you are subconsciously keeping your voice in the high register. it's a question of muscle tension in the vocal cords and can be fixed with a few rounds of voice therapy

Get hearing test: You need an audiogram by your local ent.  It might be a eustachian tube problem (which may be helped by allergy meds) but you can't know till you check your hearing out.

i am a 19 year old male. i have more armpit hair on my right side than on my left. i am growing some chest chair. however, my voice had not deepened. still sounds the same as it did when i was in elementary/middle school. any reason why?

: Boys change fastest during puberty. Some boys may begin puberty as early as nine while others might not hit it until they’re 15. For many guys, their biggest changes will be in the 4-5 years it takes to finish puberty. If you started later, your puberty may extend to 19-20yrs old. Hair and voice continue changing into the mid 20's.

Sound sensitivity: You have a condition known as hyperacusis where you are sensitive to sound. Check with your ear doctor for possible relief.

Possibly: A raspy voice is the result of some disease of the larynx or inflammation of the vocal folds (cords).  Pharyngitis means an inflammation of the back of the throat.  Although they can occur together as a result of a viral infection, the two problems are usually unrelated.  Raspy voice can be due to voice abuse or a growth on the vocal folds.  Pharyngitis may be due to infection or reflux of acid.

Probably not: The change of voice typically occurs during the growth-spurt of sexual maturation. Since you are 20 now--and i assume your "individual characteristics" have already occured--your natural change/deepening of voice is not likely to happen...

Sudden change: I need more information to answer this question. Was there an injury or trauma to the ear or head that  preceded the sudden change in your hearing? Are there any other changes in your hearing? Is there a change in how well you can hear low volume sounds? I recommend getting examined by a doctor and getting a hearing test done by an audiologist.
