Enlarging veins: Veins can actually increase in size in relation to weightlifting or other types of exercise due to increased blood flow to the arms/legs.  Veins can also become more apparent, though not actually enlarged, in the face of weight loss.

i'm wondering why are my veins showing through the skin in my legs/feet/breasts?

Inherited: You probably are lean, low body fat, and lift weights or work out? Also, as we age, our skin thins with less collagen so we can see veins more, especially when we have fair skin color, inherit tendency. If concerned go see a vein doctor: www.Phlebology.Org or get a physical.
After breast augmentation or other surgeries of the breast or chest, we see more veins too. Usually nothing to worry about.

i just got out of the shower and can see my veins bright green through my skin in my arms and shoulders?

why are there indents in my lower legs and ankles along where my veins are? you can noticeably see the blue veins through the fair skin of my legs, but when you run your finger over the vein, it feels like the skin directly over the vein is sunken in

Veins in leg: If varicose veins the make an impression under them in the tissue and may feel exactly as you describe.  Show to your Dr next visit.

can over masturbation cause scar tissue and damage in penile veins and arteries ? i have ed. one of my veins have 3 circles on it. i see it pulse through the skin. and it feels hard. is a penis doppler needed as im worried i have permanent damage ?

: masturbation does not cause any of the things you mention. Veins do not pulsate arteries do. You are worried and trying self diagnosis which is wrong. See a Urologist to alleviate any concerns. Keep busy by doing social service, a hobby or any other such work  I think when you worry less you will feel better

Skin over veins: May look blue normally because of the underlying vein.  Is this what you mean?  If more widespread than over the vein suggest a doctor consult to determine whether there is another skin condition such as varicose eczema

No: You are most likely feeling the two arteries that run up each side of your head near the temples - the superficial temporal arteries.  It is quite easy to feel your pulse in these two arteries.
