Children's health: All normal, sounds like bone, but actually isn't.  It's ligaments that aren't strong enough or synovial fluid that you are hearing.

: suspensory ligament will get hurt when penis is pulled outward not when pushed down. So your self diagnosis is not correct. what triggers an erection and after what duration of touch, varies. You are young and your symptoms might change with time and circumstances. Don't worry you would be alright.

Yes: A twisting injury to the foot can certainly damage ligaments along with tendons, bone and cartilage.  If the pain warrants, i recommend you see an orthopedist or foot specialist for evaluation.

Your abdominals-: -attach there so a repairing small strain may be the issue, take some OTC NSAIDS! If you are able 2.ice after workouts. Also could be a costrochondral strain they are joints and can be strained. Treat the same. No improvement see an orthopedist or your PCP. Not many ligaments in the area.

More injury??: Have you reinjured it?  If not, check you shoes for abnormal wear  and correct it or change your activity to something less stressful to knee joints

Depends: It depends on the ligament injured and the extend of injury.  A mild to moderate mcl strain/sprain with take 4-6 weeks.  On the other hand an acl rupture will take 6 or more months after major reconstructive surgery.  It is generally ok for pt to "hurt".  Experience and professionalism is important in controlling these issues.
