: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are overweight that could explain the symptoms and losing weight would be imperative. Regular exercise will help by improving muscle health.  It would be prudent to see a doctor. Back trauma: Symptoms are consistent with spinal trauma and possible herniated disc. See orthopedic or neurosurgeon if needed after swing primary doc and consider ct and/or MRI of spine.

: This could be related possibly to nerve compression.  Often the source of nerve root compression/irritation is where they exit at the Lumbosacral spine esp. L3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1, leading to symptoms of sciatica.  There are other reasons for numbness as well such as neuropathy (often with diabetes).  Arterial disease can be another reason.  Areas of narrowing within blood vessels can be another.

Pinched nerve back: You may have arthritis of joints of spine in low back which is the most common cause of such symptoms. In flat body position you probably get pinching of nerves in low back.

Sitting is the position in which we have the most pressure upon the discs and joints in our low back. The nerves that come out of the back go down the legs, and can be irritated with long periods of sitting. Be evaluated by your chiropractor.

Suggestions: This is typically benign, and reversible.  But this can happen when reading on the toilet.  Prolonged sitting is also associated with increased risk of hemorrhoids.
