Consider RLS?: The change of skin temperature would be an unusual presentation of neurological origin. Organic causes should be investigated, such as lower spine narrowing and nerve root compression, neuropathy, and restless leg syndrome. Metabolically the causes may include iron deficiency, abnormal level of potasium, magnesium, and other lites. Reumatoid, anemia, and pregnancy are on the list as well.

Restless legs: You may have restless leg syndrome. Legs are uncomfortable at rest but not with activity. Patients feel tired. This is a very common sleep disorder which is easily treated. See your dr and mention you may have rls.

Pain in Legs when co: Pain in legs when you are cold may bedue to ciculation problem.You did not mention how old you are, amd if you smoke, have diabetes or any other medical condition.The other cause may be neurulogical from parasympathetic/sympathetic nerves system.You need to be evaluated to find the cause and treat it.
