Are you gellin?: Start by investing in better shoes.  Good arch and ankle support is essential.  No, the $200/pair is not necessary, but $60-$75 is worth it.  If you can't change the footwear (uniform, steel-toe boots, etc) at least get some good inserts.

Not helpful: Chiropractors are not medical doctors.  They practice a form of massage based upon ancient and discredited theories.  If you have problems with pain and stiffness, start with your family doctor or a rheumatologist.

Fall from a height: Falling from 20 feet can jar the body pretty well. The most common areas of injury after a fall are your heel bone and your back, both can sustain compression fractures. So be sure to get X-rays to be certain there is no subtle injury.

Foot leg pain: low blood potassium? If you are difficult to get blood from may give you a falsely normal K due to hemolysis.

Osteoarthritis: Pain and stiffness in the am upon arising are usually due to osteoarthritic changes to the bones of your feet from trauma or aging. Often the discomfort will lessen with movement, and return to plague you then following morning. I would suggest a podiatric consultation to determine the exact cause, and possible treatments, which might include oral nsaia, topical nsaia, or orthotics.

HURT: Some of the problems that can contribute to pain (hurt) without trauma or injury include: stress fracture, tendinitis, arthritis, biomechanical malfunction while walking, nerve entrapment, circulatory problems, to name a few. See a podiatrist for history and physical evaluation and x-rays to not only diagnose the problem but also to treat the problem too.

Neuropathy: Numbness and tingling in the feet may be caused by poor circulation or nerve problems. It may also be a complication of diabetes, low back arthritis, fluid retention, or a blood clot in the leg. If it is in both feet, a blood clot is less likely. See your doctor to determine the source of the problem before more permant damage occurs.

Need physical..: ..therapy or ankle exercises.  You likely did not know to do ankle flexibility and strengthening exercises soon after your injury to maintain normal range of motion and muscle fiber conditioning.  If you have pain, you may take some anti-inflammatory medicines such as paracetamol or ibuprofen.  But ankle conditioning exercises will certainly improve your stiffness.
