Dizziness: Dizziness means many different things to many people. You will get a much better diagnosis or answer if you describe your sensation without using the d word. Spinning, lightheaded, off balance, floating, etc.

Dizziness: A certain amount of being off balance when you first wake up is normal.  Just do not jump out of bed and run to the rest room.  Stop for a brief moment when you change positions in the am and allow the body to catch up to your movement .  Have an ent check your dizziness.  The tingly feeling results from lack of blood flow to the brain temporary.  see an ent doc. Hope that helps.  Good luck!

Sleep: Sounds like you have acute symptoms of dizziness headaches rule out cardiac and neurological cause thru urgent care, you also have chronic symptoms of sleepiness rule out medical causes, sleep apnea and psychological causes.

Hypertension, leaking valves, electrical conduction abnormalities, blood electrolyte abnormalities, some genetic abnormalities and many other issues could cause frequent PVC's.  Proper testing can answer this.
