Allergies: You are describing typical symptoms of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. Your mucous membranes in the nose and your eyes are irritated upon contact with an environmental allergen and may also be irritated by dryness, pollutants because of the priming effect of allergies. See an ENT physician who practices allergies and get some allergy tests done to identify the offending allergen(s)

2 possibilities: Two possibilities:  we often stare at computer screens, without blinking enough. This can cause the surface of the cornea to dry out, blurring vision. A second possible cause is due to pupil dilation the dark, reducing the focusing ability of the eye.

Multifocal contacts: There are many brands of multifocal contact lenses - some are optimized for computer distance.   It would be worth a trial with a few brands.

Probably dry eyes: While focusing on something like using the computer or reading, people tend to blink less often. This predisposes to dry and irritated eyes. Try artificial tears during these activities to help your eyes stay lubricated. Take frequent breaks. Good luck.

Computer eye problem: Computer use often leads to eye dryness due to decreased blink rate and the increased exposure of the eyes related to the position of the computer. There may also be eyestrain issues related to close work. Consider using otc artificial tears, not "get the red out" drops while using the computer and before going to bed.  If the drops are irritating, you might need to use preservative free drops.

Refraction: You probably need a refraction - the procedure to determine your need for eyeglasses.  Night blur is a common first symptom of a need for eyeglasses.  Make an appointment with an ophthalmologist.

when i play video games with a controller i don't get carpel tunnel symptoms but when i use a computer keyboard i do get these symptoms . why?

Nerve compression : Carpal tunnel is related to nerve compression on the medium nerve, first video game can cause the compression and not the computer. My colleagues and I wrote an article about video games some years ago with this kind of problem

Consider dryness: The most common cause of many different symptoms with frequent and sustained computer use is dryness.  When you concentrate at the computer, your blink rate drops and the eyes are open longer so drying can occur.  And most computers are in dry atmospheres.  Try obtaining a bottle of over the counter lubricating eye drops left next to the computer and applied when the symptoms occur.

Too much LED: Watching too much led light is not going to make you go blind. However, it can cause your eye muscles to get tired, just as if you exercised for hours and your leg muscles got tired. That is eye fatigue.That in turn can cause eye twitching, just as muscles in leg can twitch if irritated/overused. Take 5-10 minute breaks every hour when using these types of technology to prevent this.

No: It can exacerbate dry eyes which can cause some difficulty with vision. You can use otc artificial tear eye drops to help.
