Facial Boils: Without examining you and further details, it is difficult to answer definitively, some possibilities:

cystic acne can cause this and often requires complex strategy with cleansing, topical and/or oral antibiotics and retinoid treatment.

Recurrent boils can also be from MRSA and that requires following a decontamination protocol to eradicate the bacteria in your nose, clothing, linens and pets.

You may have a...: Bartholin's cyst.  This is an abscess that can occur on either side of the inner vagina near its entrance.  You need to see a gynecologist (or at least a doctor who's experienced in gynecology) to confirm the diagnosis and drain the cyst.  You may be prescribed antibiotics and given some other instructions to help the cyst heal.  Unfortunately, it's not something you can treat on your own.

Source  Control: If extensive, you may need to take an antibiotic by mouth to address your infection. I would also think carefully about what your head is touching-  You may just be reinfecting your scalp. Are you using the same hat or pillow or comb or towel without washing or disinfecting these objects prior to their use? Are you leaving scratch marks on your scalp? Did you recently changed your shampoo? Dyeing?
