Pinguecula: Yellow spots on the white part of the eye can be due to: pinguecula (most common: due to sun exposure), nevus (a pigmentation like a freckle), nodule (due to an autoimmune condition and is rare), vitamin deficiency (rare). An eyemd can look under the microscope diagnose and give you peace of mind. Weak eye sight: likely need glasses. If any eye pain, see eyemd asap. Best regards.

Pinguecula: Sounds like a pinguecula, which is a deposit/build up on the white part of the eye (sclera) due to uv light and dryness of the eyes.  You can use artificial tears, and use a cap and/or sunglasses when outdoors.

Pinguela: This is caused by uvlight exposure, and irritation. You can prevent worsening by wearing sunglasses. The only way to get rid of them is surgical but is rarely indicated.

Migraines?: A headache per se never killed anybody, but occasionally what causes headaches can. Yours sound like new-onset migraines, which may be painful but not dangerous. However, you can have them for many years and require specialist care. There is no substitute for a history and physical exam in a Dr's office to rule out dangerous things like malignant hypertension, etc.

Bacterial infection: He may have a staph infection, please seek medical care right away. An antibiotic drop for his eyes to treat conjunctivitis is probably indicated. The other concern is that the infection may spread to the lungs via the nasal passages. Prompt attention is warranted.

Yellow conjunctiva: Hmmm. all of my eyes are between my eyeliner. Need good picture. Recommend you ask your Dr to look and tell about your concern. You can also google yellow spots on conjunctive and look at images to see if you can match up. But better to show to your Dr.

Pinguecula: This is a normal structure, more prominent in the middle years of life, which is the eyes form of protective covering for that exposed part of the eye to wind, dust and light.  The thickness varies with the individual, inheritance and environmental exposure.  It will cause no harm to your eye health or vision.
