Bone spurs: Talk to your doctor for health information, good meaning friends often don't really know what they're talking about. In this case, bone spurs don't grow because you're taking calcium. Ask your dr. If you need calcium.

Vitamins: Vitamins will not benefit unless you are deficient in them. Most likely you are not if you are living in a developed country or unless  you had some intestinal surgeries like gastric bypass or if you suffering from diseases  like pernicious anemia or celiac disease. Calcium is no longer recommended as a supplement. Causes more kidney stones and coronary calcification.

Probably not: Your physician will address the nodule, perhaps by having a needle biopsy performed. If your calcium is more than very slightly above reference range, and you're not just dehydrated, this deserves a lab workup to be sure you're not walking around with hyperparathyroidism which can make you quite sick. The high TSH also needs evaluation. All three are quite treatable.

Stop alcohol: Eat a healthy diet. If overweight losing weight may improve fatty liver. Talk to your hepatology about getting treatment for hepatitis c and before any medication.

Hello. : Hello. I am wondering if your hypothyroidism is being treated there are many general physicians who feel comfortable treating thyroid conditions. Internal medicine doctors and endocrinologists also take care of endocrine conditions.  Approaches are usually similar. 
 If you have a number of conditions, it may require require different supplements as well as medications. If your hypothyroidism is not being treated, i would ask your provider about this.

Thyroidectomy: When you have thyroid surgery, you remove the gland that makes thyroid hormone.  Eltroxin is thyroid hormone replacement.  Usually, if you were on this before surgery, you will need to continue.  If your entire gland is gone, you may need more than you were taking.  If only part of you gland was removed, you might not need any changes.  You should check with your surgeon to make sure.
