having gastric problem from past 3-4 months... whatever i eat makes gas in my stomach... what can be the cause? i am always having feeling of fullness

Check your diet: Sometimes a diet full of unhealthy foods can cause this feeling. Too much soda or carbonated beverages can cause the feeling of gas. Sometimes too much dairy (milk products) can cause this feeling as well because of lactose intolerance. Check your diet, make sure to eat healthy clean foods like fruits, veggies, lean meats, healthy grains. Limit processed, sugary, and fatty foods.

Gas: The symptoms are not classic gastritis(inflammation of the stomach lining) symptoms. I believe you're dealing with either excessive gas formation from dietary issues like lactose or other food intolerance or inability to move normal gas production down the intestinal tract and out the rectum. Try to identify food triggers, avoid gassy foods or beverages. Try taking simethicone 1/2 hr after a meal.

i took a vermox pill this past sunday. i have noticed in the last 2 days that when i eat i notice some pain in my lower left part of my body and have more than usual gas in my stomach,what could be the cause?

Gut germs: Bowel gas is created by 2 factors. You swallow air when you eat and gut germs create gas when they digest the debris left in your waste material. The more air you swallow=more gas. The more foods you eat that you don't completely digest ( cauliflower, beans, brussels sprouts, etc.) the more left over food the gut germs have to create gas from. Bowel gas creates pain/cramps as it moves around.

GI symptoms: can result from several things, some more serious than others.  Please begin w/a visit to your doctor.  Then consider taking a good probiotic.  If eating a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, consider cooking them first to help your digestive process.  Peace and good health.

Gaseous distention: And bloating is from swallowing air and also possible from change in bowel habits.  If it is persistent and you notice a change in your bowel habits as well you might want to see your doctor for a proper workup.  
   Any change in bowel habits which is persistent is worthy of a trip to your doctor so they know what is going on with you.  Patients over 50 need a colonoscopy every ten years.

Gas: Sometimes this is next to the stomach in the splenic flexure of the large intestine but within the stomach it can be a manifestation of irritable bowel, air swallowing excessively, anormal bacterai in the stomach gastritis or ulcer, inlammatory disease, gallbladder disease.

Feeling gassy...: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks).  Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

Usually not: Main side effect of any statin class of drugs is muscle pain and damage.  Any medicine can cause GI problems, so it is possible, but uncommon.  I am sure your doctor prescribed it for a good reason, so i would try to take it as directed.

No : It does not but worrying about an unplanned pregnancy probably does. Start birth control and use condoms to avoid these scares in the future

Colitis: Do you have any diarrhea, nausea, vomiting or fevers with it?

Anything to get your stomach "going" - bugs,IBS, can give you that feeling.
